NOTICE OF VIRTUAL HEARING

NORSAMELCO invites its member-consumer-owners to attend and participate in the Virtual Hearing regarding the Application for the Approval of the Emergency Power Supply Agreement between FDC Misamis Corporation and Northern Samar Electric Cooperative, Inc., with prayer for provisional authority and confidential treatment of information.

The virtual hearings will be hosted by NORSAMELCO at its Principal Office in Brgy. Magsaysay, Bobon, Northern Samar on the following dates:

• April 17, 2024, Wednesday, at 9:00 AM
• April 24, 2024, Wednesday, at 9:00 AM
